About Me

I help women like YOU build the confidence to create the career and life of your dreams. Whether you’re aiming for that promotion, dreaming of your own corner office, or planning to dive into entrepreneurship, I’m here to support you every step of the way!

My Background

If we’re being honest, confidence wasn’t something that came naturally to me. In fact, it’s probably the last word I would’ve EVER used to describe myself growing up! I was painfully shy, struggled to even speak up, and stepping outside my comfort zone felt impossible.

In college, my imposter syndrome hit me square in the face. Surrounded by talented designers and artists, I felt like I didn’t measure up. I worried that I would never amount to anything. Needless to say, the downward spiral of imposter syndrome really started to kick in.

Graduating only made things worse. I struggled to find a job and, if I’m completely honest, I was so intimidated and riddled with self-doubt that I often stopped myself from even applying. It was a tough time, and I slipped into one of my lowest points without even realizing it.

Then, I got a lucky break: a dear friend who believed in me passed my name along to a recruiter. Despite my fears, I flew across the country to interview, and—to my complete shock—I landed my DREAM job as a bedding designer!

I still remember crying in the Flatiron District when I got the call. I truly couldn’t believe my luck!

Even though I was afraid of the challenges ahead, I knew this was my chance to build a better life. I threw myself headfirst into my new life in NYC, determined to make it work.

New York or Nowhere!

My Corporate Career Journey

When I first entered the corporate world (wide-eyed and naive!), I thought hard work, a good attitude, and loyalty would get me where I wanted to go. Oh, how wrong I was!

The truth is, imposter syndrome had me COMPLETELY paralyzed. Instead of focusing on design, I buried myself in admin tasks and avoided the creative work I was actually hired to do.

❌ I felt like everyone around me was more talented, and I was just lucky to be there.

❌ I was terrified my ideas weren’t original enough and constantly second-guessed my work.

❌ I felt like a massive fraud and avoided any work that would make me feel exposed.

❌ I kept my opinions and ideas to myself, too afraid of being wrong.

❌ I worried that any success I achieved was just a fluke and that I didn’t really earn it.

I was so scared of failing at what I loved that I hid behind what felt safe.

But this came at a cost. I stayed stuck in this self-destructive cycle for almost FIVE whole years! I watched as others—who’d been at the company for far less time—were promoted above me. I felt angry, hurt, ashamed…

And then finally, MOTIVATED.

That was my wake-up call. I realized I needed to take RADICAL responsibility for my actions and career. I was stuck in #victimmode, waiting for things to happen instead of taking charge.

And that’s when everything changed.

✨ Instead of waiting to be noticed, I confronted my boss and department head about my career goals. I realized no one would know my ambitions if I never expressed them! I had to advocate for myself and let them know I was dedicated.

✨ I took on independent projects and managed several small accounts. This pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and become more comfortable taking ownership of my ideas.

✨ I began managing a small team, learning leadership and project management skills that helped to boost our success. I started stepping into hard challenges knowing that I could handle anything that came my way.

✨ And I faced my biggest fear: public speaking. Presenting to clients terrified me (hello, shaking voice!), but it also made my confidence soar and transformed my performance.

The results blew me away. In less than three years, I went from Junior to Senior Designer and DOUBLED my income. Looking back, I’m amazed at the transformation! It was so powerful that I knew I had to share what I’d learned to help others experience the same growth.

Why I Do What I Do

Now, I’m on a new journey to help YOU achieve your own transformation. I’ve been there—I know the fears, doubts, and mindset that can hold you back. But I also know how incredible it feels to push through them and create the career and life you truly want.

If you’re ready to leave self-doubt behind and take those steps towards a brighter future, I’m here for you every step of the way. Let’s make your goals a reality, together!

There’s a narrative online that you have to quit y There’s a narrative online that you have to quit your job to prove you’re serious about your side hustle.

And as someone who is still working their 9-5... I just don’t agree.

Your job can actually be the BEST environment to build from. Because stability gives you space to experiment, learn, and grow without panic running the show.

If you’re in a 9-5 and want to start a side hustle but have been struggling to figure out the “how”...

That’s exactly why I created my signature Paper Framework: to help you go from idea → action → paid without overwhelm or guessing.

I’m opening 5 final Paper to Paid Intensive spots ($197) before I step away for maternity leave in 3 weeks.

Most people don’t struggle to start a side hustle Most people don’t struggle to start a side hustle because they lack skills.

They struggle because the things they’re good at feel too “basic” to monetize.

Your strengths might feel obvious to you, but are life-changing to someone else.

If you’re stuck trying to figure out what your side hustle could be, I help 9-5 professionals chose the right idea & turn it into a clear offer they can launch in 14 days.

DM me DECIDE and let’s map it out together.
A (little) life update... I’m pregnant and expec A (little) life update...

I’m pregnant and expecting my first baby!! Lil girl arriving soon in June 🤗

Feeling incredibly grateful, emotional, excited and... honestly, absolutely terrified (is anyone ever really ready to become a parent?! lol).

Hopefully by the time she arrives, I will have finished her baby quilt 🤣 (I only have 2 squares left to go... but it’s slow going progress).

Can’t wait to meet this little human soon! ❤️
You’ve been “thinking about it” for waaay too long You’ve been “thinking about it” for waaay too long. It’s time to break the cycle and to finally start building.

This Saturday, I’m walking you through my 5-step process I use with my clients to help them go from an overwhelmed, chaotic idea into a clear, sellable offer (without having to quit their 9-5).

Save your spot at the link in bio!
I used to think people who left their 9–5 to start I used to think people who left their 9–5 to start something of their own were a little crazy. I couldn’t understand why anyone would walk away from something stable to pursue something that might not even work out.

And then I got passed over for a promotion... and my entire perspective shifted.

Because I realized that no matter how hard I worked, how many late nights I put in, or how much I tried to prove myself… my growth was always going to depend on how someone else saw me.

If they liked me, if they thought I was ready, if it was the “right time”... it didn’t matter how capable I actually was.

I was still waiting for someone else to decide that my value was “good enough.” And once I saw that, I couldn’t unsee it.

That was the moment I started thinking differently about my career, my income, and what I actually wanted my life to look like.

I didn’t just want to make more money: I wanted to feel like I had some CONTROL over it. And that’s what led me to the idea of starting a side hustle.

And I’ll be honest: the idea of starting felt super overwhelming at first. I didn’t know what I would offer, who it would be for, or how to actually turn an idea into something real.

And I learned I wasn’t alone: that’s where most people get stuck. Not because they lack ambition or ideas, but because they don’t know what the first real step is.

That’s exactly why I’m hosting a free workshop next Saturday, March 28th: Paper to Paid: How to Turn Your Side Hustle Idea Into a Clear, Sellable Offer in 14 Days (Without Quitting Your 9–5)

This session is for you if you’ve been stuck in any of these places:
• You’ve got a million ideas saved in your phone but can’t pick one
• You’ve been researching for months and still haven’t started
• You tried to launch something and it didn’t go anywhere

In 60 minutes, I’m going to walk you through the exact 5-step process I use to help people turn scattered ideas into a clear, sellable offer, so you can actually start building something instead of just thinking about it.

DM me PAID and I’ll send you the link to save your spot.
When I first discovered side hustling, I immediate When I first discovered side hustling, I immediately fell down the rabbit hole of “make money online without showing your face.”

And honestly, it sounded perfect.

There was no reason to be visible, to be vulnerable, and, most importantly, no one watching me fail.

At the time, I had zero confidence in myself, so the idea of hiding behind a faceless business felt safer.

I was embarrassed by the thought of trying something and having it flop.
I was convinced my family and friends would think I was crazy… or tell me to just focus on my 9–5 and be “realistic.”

So I didn’t tell anyone what I was thinking about doing. And not just for a few weeks or months. I didn’t tell anyone for YEARS.

Because when you’re afraid of being judged, you don’t delay starting for a little while. You delay for a looong time.

It’s scary to admit you want to build something when you can’t even clearly explain what that “something” is yet.

So it feels safer to keep it vague.
You tell yourself “maybe someday.” But then you push it to next week… then next month… then next year.

The real reason I didn’t want to tell anyone about my side hustle idea wasn’t just fear of judgment. It was a lack of clarity.

I knew I wanted to build something on the side. But I didn’t actually know WHAT I was building.

So I bounced between trends, ideas, and different directions. And the more I jumped around, the more confused and overwhelmed I felt.

Of course I couldn’t confidently tell people what I was doing… I didn’t even know myself.

That’s exactly why I’m hosting a free live workshop on March 28 called Paper to Paid.

In this session, I’m going to walk you through the exact process I use to help people turn scattered side hustle ideas into a clear, sellable offer.

Inside the workshop, we’ll cover how to:
• Choose the right idea to start with
• Turn that idea into a clear first offer
• Set simple pricing so you actually know what to sell
• Map out a realistic 14-day plan you can follow after work

So you can finally stop dabbling, overthinking, and second-guessing yourself.
